Sample Answer:

In the city where I live, very large part of the population is involved in small businesses and I think every month lots of new businesses open in the city. Some of the businesses thrive , where as some of them just shut down. I have seen a lot of businesses prospering in front of my eyes as well as shutting down their businesses. One of the success story which inspired me as well as motivated me to open my own business walls related to immigration consulting.

It was a joint effort by a husband and wife to start the immigration consulting company, named Foreign Dreams Immigration in our city. Although, my city already had a lot of consulting companies, but their idea was quite fresh as well as their intentions were quite novel. Firstly, they started providing services on a voluntary basis where they started giving guidance to the people without any charges. It helped them in many ways, first of all it gave them the goodwill of the clients as well as it helped the people to save money.

I got an opportunity to talk to them and I was quite impressed with the idea, that they not only wanted to start a different thing but also they want to make people aware so that some basic tasks related to immigration could be done by the people themselves. They  also portrayed all the information they had  in the form of a website. The website had information on  many immigration topics and all the information available was totally free to the people who were willing to search for the information on the Internet.

I feel that the business model, what they had planned was quite an innovative idea. We already had a lot of immigration consultant in the city but none of them was providing any information to the client and as well as nobody was providing free services. Hence, the way they started the business, income levels were low in the beginning because they were not charging people. But, when they had a clientele they kept the charges at a nominal rate and slowly and slowly I saw the clientele growing.  I can certainly say that business model was successful because within two years they were the leader in immigration consulting in our city. In addition to our city they had opened two more offices in two different countries.

I myself got an opportunity to get their services because I was planning to call my parents to Canada. I took the services for the immigration sponsoring  and the guidance they gave me was unmatchable. Also, the prices they offered me was quite impressive and then the service they gave me was amazing.
