All WorkSafeBC and Red Cross First Aid certificates (Basic, Intermediate, and Childcare) are valid for 3 years from the date of completion.
What is the difference between Basic (OFA 1) and Intermediate (OFA 2)?
Basic First Aid (OFA 1) is an 8-hour course for low-risk environments. Intermediate First Aid (OFA 2), also known as Standard First Aid, is a 16-hour course covering deeper medical knowledge, required for higher-risk workplaces.
Do you offer Standard Childcare First Aid?
Yes, we offer both Emergency Childcare First Aid (8 hours) and Standard Childcare First Aid (comprehensive). Both include CPR Level B and AED training.
