The 5 Modules We Cover
- Introduction to Security: The basics of the industry and your role as a professional.
- The Canadian Legal System: The most important module. We teach you the Criminal Code, the Charter of Rights, and exactly what you are (and are not) allowed to do.
- Basic Security Procedures: Notebook use, radio codes, and patrol techniques.
- Communication: How to de-escalate angry people using only your voice.
- Personal Safety: Basic awareness on how to stay safe while working alone.
