Overall, majority of the anthropologists were engaged in full time work. Meanwhile, the highest proportion of Anthropology graduates who earned maximum salary worked in government sector and least in private companies.
It is evident that more than half of the graduates opted to do a full time job compared to a small percentage who chose to work part time, that was only 15%. While proportion of students who continued their full time study to become post graduate was 12% and only 5% did both part time work and study. The remaining 8%.
Furthermore, 50% of graduates working in government sector earned a more than $100,000, followed by freelance consultants and private sector that is 40% and 30% respectively. Both freelance and government employees had 5% graduates earning $25000-49,999 and 15% making $50,000-74,999. However, a relatively higher proportion of the private company employees were in pay range of $50,000-74,999, that is 35%. On contrary, a comparatively lower percentage of private employees stood in salary bracket of $75000-99,999 to freelance consultants, that is 25% and 40% respectively.
