A friend of yours is thinking about applying for the same course that you did at university. He/She has asked for your advice about studying this subject and applying for the same course.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
-give details of the course you took at the university
-explain why you recommend the university
-give some advice about how to apply
Answer:
Dear Jacob,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to give you some advice about the Global Science course you have chosen to enrol in at McGill University, Canada.
Let me share some details about the course. There are total 33 credits and the program is structured for about 2 years. However, since it is self paced, you can shorten the duration if you take up more courses in a semester. Also, you will be giving a lot of presentations about healthcare systems around the world, so must start doing some research about it before hand. Finally, every semester will end up with a final assignment and a quiz in class.
As you know this is one the most prestigious university in Canada, chances of getting a job are very high. All the instructors and other faculty members are very approachable, so you will not find any difficulty during the course. Most importantly, they have a 24 hour access to library, so you can easily carry out all your research work at any time.
Since they are accepting applications for the fall, I would ask you to visit their website and upload all your academic certificates. Consequently, if you meet the criteria, someone from the admission department will email you about the offer letter and next steps.
Wishing you all the best.
Yours lovingly,
Ramandeep Singh
