IELTS Academic writing: How instant noodles are manufactured.

The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Sample Answer:

The picture illustrates the process in which instant noodles are produced.

Overall, process consists of eight stages, commencing with storing flour in the silos and ending with packaging of the noodle cups.

In the first stage, the flour transported by a truck is kept at storage silos. In the next stage, water and oil are added to the raw material in a mixer to create a dough. Following this, the dough is passed through multiple rollers until it forms dough sheets. Then these sheets are passed on some machines that cut and transform them into dough strips. Once the strips are created, they are moulded using a machine to yield noodle discs.

In the subsequent stage, the noodle discs are cooked in oil and left to dry before placing them in cups along with assorted vegetable and spices. Finally, the noodle cups are labelled and sealed so that they are ready for shipment.
