The foremost reason is the increased competition in the job sector, due to which people need to work hard to fulfil their family needs and do not find it important to spare time out to do any physical activity. Secondly, technology is imposing a negative impact on an individual’s health. As people get addicted towards their smart phones and indoor video games, it does not allow them to step out and do any physical activity.
On the other side, there are possible solutions that an individual should follow in his daily life to be fit. People should do time management considering their working hours and personal time. Additionally, eating healthy food would also help in individuals health. Moreover, people should make balance in between their indoor activities like online games and spending some time in outdoor activities.
To recapitulate, having a materialistic life and working for more hours is affecting the physical health of the population. As physical and mental health are important for a healthy body, so people should consider proper time management. Also, people should often take part in outdoor activities and should change their living style.

Firstly, there should be a balanced schedule of people according to their job and few hours should be given to their fitness routine such as running, jogging or gym. This can result in an increase in fitness levels. Secondly, people should change their every day habits related to technological use. For instance, people should use stairs in instead of using elevators. Thus, this change can have a positive impact on their workout routine.
To conclude, lack of time and more use of technological cool gadgets are the root causes of less exercise among people, these days. This problem can be solved with the efforts of people by making time for physical activities in their stringent schedules .
