Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about poor quality of an equipment that I recently purchased from your shop.
Last week, I bought a brand new Dell laptop from your shop. It was working just fine until yesterday when the screen just froze and all the icons from the desktop disappeared. I have tried to do some initial diagnosis to troubleshoot the problem, but sadly I could not find the exact reason behind this issue.
I am unable to work because of this problem. I work for a marketing agency and my work includes creating social content on the laptop. However, due to the dysfunctional laptop, I am worried I will not be able to complete my assigned duties. Besides this, I have important files in the laptop which I fear can be lost if the problem is not diagnosed.
Since the laptop is under warranty, I want you to fix this problem immediately. I shall really appreciate if you can send some technician to my place to solve this problem, or else retrieve my data and replace my laptop with a new one.
