Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I left some important documents at your hotel.
I recently attended a business conference in your hotel last Saturday and for that I booked a room to prepare for the meeting, the room number was 14B. I remember after the meeting we all were called by our boss to meet in the dining area, and I perhaps during that time I left the documents on the side table in my room.
As I am the Human Resource Manager of my company, these are very crucial documents to me. They contain information about all the employees working with us and any leak or misuse of information can put me in lot of trouble.
Therefore, I would like to request you to please find those documents for me and hold it under your possession until I come to collect it. You can easily identify the folder as it has my name written on it.
Thank you in advance.
Yours sincerely,
Preet Sohi
