Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to claim my travel insurance for an item that I lost on my trip to California.
I lost my Apple Mac book on my recent trip from Ottawa to California. It is a silver colour laptop in a red colour bag, approximately 11 inches wide. This laptop contains all my office and personal files which are really important to me.
I remember I was sitting in the lounge area of my hotel, Marriott, where I was working on my laptop. After some time I went to get a cup of coffee and when I came back I realized my laptop was missing. I talked to the hotel manager and checked the security surveillance, however nothing was found.
Since I listed my laptop in the travel insurance, so as per it I am entitled to receive the coverage of my lost item. I request you to approve my claim and offer me full compensation of the item that I lost.
Thank you in advance.
Yours sincerely,
Preet Sohi
