Dear Travis,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to share an exciting news that I recently started work as a dental instructor in Vancouver Community College.
As you are aware I was working as a dental assistant in a family clinic, but I was not satisfied with my job. It was mainly because the working hours were too long and there was no scope of growth in that job. All of my duties were to assist the dental surgeon in regular check ups, but doing it daily was a monotonous task for me.
Finally, I decided to take change my job. I got my educational documents evaluated by the dental board and applied to many colleges for the post of a dental instructor. About 2 weeks ago I got an offer letter to teach in a well known college. I have been assigned 4 subjects and my job hours are 9 am to 2 pm. I am fully content with this job as I have a great passion for teaching.
I have some other news to share as well that I will be going to California for a dental conference next month. It is organized by my college and they will be taking care of all the expenses and accommodation. I think it will be a great opportunity for me to gain some additional skills.
Yours lovingly,
Preet Sohi
