Dear Mr. Victor,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards the defective furniture in my rental apartment.
My name is Preet Sohi and I recently moved in apartment 20-B on second floor with my family about one month ago. We were really excited to move in this new place, but some of the things have been a disappointment for us. Even though it is a spacious and beautiful apartment, the furniture in it is substandard.
The condition of sofa in the living room is the worst. Its colour is faded and the coffee table that comes along with it has two broken legs. It is is really embarrassing to welcome any guests with this type of furniture. Besides, the handles of the cupboards you provided are loose and the shelving seems to be of poor quality as it is not able to carry any weight on it.
While moving in you assured me about changing the furniture immediately, however it has been quite a while now. Therefore, I kindly request you to arrange for replacements of the broken furniture and repair all the faulty ones as soon as possible.
I hope you will fix the problems soon.
Yours faithfully,
Preet Sohi
