To begin with,the total industrial complex will be converted to residential one and will be expanded to cover more area.Some portion of the farmland in the north will be connected to the existing landmass by constructing a bridge over the river and developed to make housing space.in addition to this, the space in the west, towards the town will make way for three to live in complexes along with a set of shops.
Furthermore, in the east of the plan, factory spaces will be redeveloped to construct housing space.Along with residential complexes , the area towards south of the river on the right side of the existing roundabout will also comprise of playground and a school. In the south-east of the existing roundabout the immediate space will be converted in to a medical center.Lastly, the existing road in the south of the map will divided in to two by laying a small roundabout so as to connect it to the existing one.
Overall, the noteworthy features are the renovation will change the existing use of the land from a pure industrial once to a complete residential one and more area will be engulfed for the project.
