The proportion of dissatisfied visitors decreased significantly from 40% to 15% following the renovation. Also, the percentage of visitors who were very dissatisfied reduced to half a year after the refurbishment, that is only 5%. In the same time. Meanwhile 5% of people gave no response for both the years.
