Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to provide you some feedback on your service. We organized our company’s meeting in your restaurant last Saturday.
I must say we were happy to host our company’s annual event in your hotel as it has an exceptional ambience and large room to accommodate all the team members. Also, I must extend my gratitude for lending us the conference hall from morning to late evening. I would like to mention that all our employees were pleased by you customer service and the cleanliness.
Despite the warm hospitality, the food served was an utter disappointment. There was a delay in buffet presentation due to which all the dishes were cold. Moreover, some of the items were under cooked and few tasted stale.
In order to keep up to your reputation, I believe you should talk to your kitchen staff and ensure proper arrangements are made to serve the food in time. Also, I would recommend you to ask your chefs to prepare fresh food with right amount of spices.
