First of all, as per the diagrams the expenditure on salaries declined slightly from 75% in 2017 to 69% in 2018.The policing became more technology savvy with spending rising in 2018 as compared to 2017, from 8% to 14%.In the third area under consideration that is, buildings and transport, there was no change and money involved stood consistent at 17%.
