Change, Refund & Return Policy
Course Fee Policy
At RupIELTS Institute Surrey, we maintain transparent policies regarding course fees and refunds to ensure fairness for all students.
Please note that once course fees are charged and processed, they are non-refundable.
Attendance Requirements

Punctual Arrival: Students arriving late may be denied entry due to certification requirements related to mandatory instructional hours and content coverage. Late participants cannot receive refunds or reschedule and must pay the full fee for future enrollment.

No-Show Policy: Students who register but fail to attend without prior notification are considered no-shows. No-shows forfeit their registration fee and are not eligible for refunds or course transfers.

Medical Exceptions: If illness prevents attendance, notify RupIELTS Institute before course commencement. Medical documentation may be required for consideration of transfer to an alternative course date.
Rescheduling Guidelines
We understand that circumstances may change. Here are our rescheduling policies:

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the course start time

A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the course and timing of the request

Rescheduling is subject to availability in future course sessions

- Violence or threats of violence
- Substance abuse on institute premises
- Theft or damage to property
Consequences
Violations of our code of conduct may result in:
- Verbal or written warning
- Temporary suspension from classes
- Permanent dismissal without refund
- Legal action when appropriate
