The first thing which comes to mind , when I think of the word healthy is my habit of going to gym. That is what I think is something healthy I enjoy doing. I have made it sure in the last three years that no matter what happens in life, I do not miss going to the gym for exercise everyday in the morning. I am kind of obsessed with gymnasium now
It all started when a new gym opened in my neighbourhood. The gym owners were advertising for their newly opened centre in our locality, when they visited our house. The explanation about benefits of a healthy body as well as the discount they offered to me, was the motivating factor behind my orientation towards the regular exercise.
In the beginning, I started going alone to the gym, but then I realised that in order to do some stringent exercises, it required support from someone. So, I pumped up adrenaline in one of my classmate through my motivating speech about a fit body. The most impressing dialogue of mine, which I still remember, was giving my friend the hope of making a girlfriend. And, it showed its result and very next morning, he was at my house’s door , to be my partner in exercise.
I am of the opinion that everyone should make exercises, a regular part of their daily life because, in today’s busy life there are increased chances of diseases engulfing human body. So, in order to repel the negative effects of stressful life there is need of involvement of regular exercises in day to day life.
