Talk about an article

Talk about an article on healthy lifestyle that you read in a magazine or on the Internet recently.

You should say:
• What was it about
Why were you interested in it
• Did you receive a sufficient amount of information from it

Sample Answer:

Last few months have been full of ups and downs on the Health related aspects for the world because of COVID-19. So, because of lockdown everywhere, I got a chance to stay at home for 15 days in a row and at that time I read a lot of articles on the various topics. They were mixed , and had variety from technology, lifestyle, clothing and entertainment. out of everything I read, I was very much impressed by an article written on lifestyle. It was about the eating habits of people and how should they Improve them to make them healthier.

To begin with, that article was based on what healthy eating habits should people adhere to so as to avoid getting infected with coronavirus. Before the coronavirus spread in the world, people were not thinking that much about the healthier habits,  like they did not care about washing hands before eating and they did not care about touching the things before eating. Therefore, that article was a very good effort by the writer to make people aware that even with small change in habits there could be enormous improvements in health.

The article had all the details about how people could avoid getting infected by adopting healthy habits, so as to limit the spread of the virus. I was very much interested in the article because I care a lot about my health as well as all of my family‘s health. As I did not want anybody in my family to get infected, so I got interested in the article. I read from the beginning till the end and I learned a lot of things from there .I called all my family members and told them to adopt good habits which will help us to make us safe as well as healthy.

I’m a kind of person who does not trust things just in one reading. So, whatever information the writer had given over there, I cross checked all the information on the Internet to check its validity and when I was sure that whatever he had mentioned was confirmed by medical experts, then I told my family to stick to those points so that nobody in our family as well as near to our family got infected. In case somebody was not aware, I myself took responsibility as well as made my family members responsible, so as to make others aware that what they could do so as to safeguard themselves from the spread of coronavirus.

I even wrote a letter to the writer to thank him for such a useful information and I got permission from him so that I could make copies of that article and spread it to the people. He gave me the authority to make copies of the article. I printed around 100 copies of that article and distributed amongst my neighborhood, so as to at least make one particular section of my colony, safe.
