Books play a vital role in the development of a person. Many people feel that books are no more being considered as the way of getting entertainment and information. I do not agree with this viewpoint as books are the biggest key to provide data and pleasure.
To begin with, it is undeniable that books help people to gather more and more information without any issues of authenticity. Since the inception of learning, books play essential role in the knowledge curve. For example, studies have shown that those people, who are more dependable on the books, grow rapidly as compared to those who do not refer to books for their growth pattern. In addition to that, books are essential in terms of providing exposure to individuals.
On the other hand, books are also known as the source of entertainment. Previously, writers were more focused on the serious issues along with the subjective issues; but nowadays, they are catering to the leisure side of the books. We can now find different shops and even sections in libraries for the comic books separately. For instance, a dynamic shift has been seen since certain years that writers are writing books on humorous parts of society. Many movies and dramas are now based on these sorts of books.
In conclusion, after analyzing the previous points, it is clear that books are the biggest repository of knowledge and fun. Therefore, it is recommended to make the use of books common and let our current generation to understand the significance as well.

Many individuals believe that nowadays, books are not valuable and not in trend to catch readers’ attention for imparting knowledge as well as entertainment. I strongly agree that in this modern era, the electronic gadgets have brought a revolution in the field of searching information about various contents.

To begin with, these modern information giving technologies are easily available and accessible for a common man. Any person having mobile can get access to search about whatever area or topic a person is interested to know. For instance, every information nowadays is available on Google and Youtube. In addition to it, these sources are less time consuming and hence, are convenient to use. With the additional features of audio-visual, these create impound effect on the understanding and description of a specific thing among the learner. Hence, the knowledge received can be retained for a long time. For instance, if a user uses audio-visual techniques to teach or introduce any new and complex lesson to the students, it will be more effective and easier for the student to grasp the same, rather than reading a book and explaining the topic.

Nevertheless, there are numerous online applications and sites available on the mobiles and computers that can be used to entertain people for teaching some good values. For example, it is often seen that little ones prefer to watch stories that makes them laugh, rather than reading a story that they sometimes find boring, as books sometimes lack pictures and expressions of the characters but on the other hand, videos provide them.

To conclude, innovations in scientific and digital world have changed the trend of reading and getting knowledge from books towards the intensive use of electronic gadgets in a great way. As per my perspective, with the additional features such as convenience of use, inexpensive and quick availability, these modern sources are now in reach of every person.
