More humans today than ever in human history live a less movement intensive daily life; Because of which obesity is major health issue worldwide. Therefore, it becomes necessary to make changes and allocate more time to compensate for drastic lack of activity caused by modern lifestyle.
Sedentary lifestyle where more and more people work nine to five desk jobs and get no daily exercise. Coupling that with flooding of markets with cheap and unhealthy fast food joints, creates an ideal environment for obesity. Furthermore, social issues like lack of safe public spaces, healthy food options and affordable healthcare in poorer communities further worsens the obesity crisis.
To combat this problem we need to encourage more active lifestyle with healthy plant based diet. As, it is often seen obesity is often more prevalent in financially weaker communities. A decent basic minimum wage with universal basic healthcare will certainly help to reduce economical stress. So that, people in these communities can focus more on their health. Along with well maintained accessible public spaces will certainly improve the situation.
In conclusion, obesity is a major health and lifestyle issue. In order to deal with it, we need to encourage and make sure people can afford to make the necessary changes.

Most of the countries all over the world are highly worrying about the raising fatness among the people. In my perspective, there are numerous reasons behind this issue, which can be solved by some possible solutions.
To begin with, the main reason behind gaining weight by most of the individuals is today’s sedentary lifestyle as youngsters nowadays prefer to play games on computer rather than going out for physical activities and exercises. Similarly, sports are no longer part of regular routine of adults because they are really involved to earn money to cope the expenses of high living standard. Apart from this, unhealthy eating habits are also included in the list of causes behind growing number of fat people. For example, people are now becoming biggest fan of fast food than fruits and vegetables.
Nevertheless, issue of fatness can be solved by adapting some possible solution. Firstly, parents should motivate their children toward the sports and out door games, which can prevent kids from sitting in front of computer for longer hours. Moreover, companies should include free gym and sports activities in the extended employee benefit plans, due to which employees would able to work with more proficiency. Furthermore, government should also take a step ahead to control the fatness among individuals by imposing the high tax duty on fast food chains with that people can start avoiding the fast food due to its high prices.
To conclude, although fatness is coming a really concerning issue in all the countries day by day, but it does not mean that it is impossible to take control over this. It can be done by collaboration of the governments and the local citizens.
