Climate change is a serious issue which is even admitted by various scientists and electronic media. However, the government does not intends to take action on this matter. The person ought to alter their way of living that causes harm to the environment in order to safe further destruction. In my opinion,I consider that,It is the accountability of both the government and an individual to fix the problem of climate change. A possible reason of climate change is because of an anthropogenic activities. In other words, humans are cutting trees for fuelwood or making furniture but it leads to create detrimental effects on the environment by disturbing the water cycle. For instance,as we know the roots of plant absorb water and then formation of cloud happens after evaporation which leads to rain.Nevertheless, when we cut the trees then it tends to no rain.Hence, it damages the environment. The most effective solution to this problem is that people should be get aware of the negative consequences of deforestation and promote afforestation.Furthermore,an intergovernmental conference on climate change should be take place and must implement (REDD) reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation in which underprivileged nations are getting paid by rich countries for promoting tree plantation. On the other hand, government is equivalent liable for climate change as it generates electricity with the use of fossil fuels such as coal, natural gas which releases an abundance of green house gases like carbon dioxide, methane that leads to global-warming.This problem can be solved by promoting renewable source of energy. For example, wind and solar energy to generate electricity. Moreover, the concern of climate change can be resolved on an international efforts. To illustrate, international governments should upgrade the Kyoto protocol which was came into force in 1992,to reduce green house gas emissions in which emmisions target are set for all the nations and no country is suppose to release green house gases beyond this target. In conclusion,I would say that, since the government and an individual are both involved for damaging the environment, they should have to understand their responsibilities and take necessary steps accordingly to tackle the concern of climate change and also Intergovernmental involvement are very essential.
