Attainment of quality life is assumed a subtle goal of every individual. For few exuberant income is not preferable as compare to having a pleasurable employment whilst antagonists narrative is in favor of exuberant remuneration as it upgrade the living standard. As per my ideology, my stance fits better with the former notion albeit one cannot absolutely deny the opportunities that are related with wealth.

Primarily, an exciting employment maintains enthusiasm and passion of workers for doing something great .It keeps them out of stress thus, bring out personal and social benefits along with advantages for the employer. To illustrate ,many corporate sectors arrange lots of activities for their employees like get together ,concerts ,events etc just to kill the boredom and burden of job .Although they can use this money for pay raise but they are well aware of the benefits of making job entertaining for their employees . Moreover, a stress free individual always gives his/her best to work along with stimulating their confidence.

Alternatively, a concept that quality of life can only be improved through handsome amount of money is valid in so many perspectives. Like best quality of medical services , higher education specially from affluent countries and other accessories are approachable through money .Nonetheless ,stress ,anxiety ,insomnia and other stress related ailments are more prevalent in well off individuals .Hence, inner peace and contentment can never be bought and these are substantial part of a quality life.

To sum up, one can safely assert that well paying employments ensure qualitative material benefits but it may deprive one from jubilation ad merriment because of the stress, hollowness and discontentment one experience while doing a job that does not entertain them.
