Other workers’ salaries dropped with the years with 28% in 1981, to 22% in 1991 and it further decreased to 15% in 2002. Percentage of money spent on furniture and equipment was 15% in 1981, however it saw a substantial decline to only 5% in 1991 but again rose to 23% in 2001.
Expenditure on resources such as books was 15% in 1981 and dropped to 9% in 2001 before increasing to 23% in 1991. Despite accounting to the smallest proportion, money spent on insurance increased with years, from 2% to 3% and finally to 8% in 1981,1991 and 2001 respectively.
